focus on you. & only you. no ones thinking about you as much as you are. remember that. people in their 30’s realize that no one gives a shit about what you’re doing as much as you think. no ones thinking about you. & how freeing is that. just do you. & don’t hold onto things that upset you. like a guy not liking you, or your immature friend trying to start a fight. let it go. move on & think about something else. truly. think about something new or start a convo with a friend & get your mind off it
